Returns & Refund Policy

Return Timeframe:

• General returns: 30 days after delivery

• Issue-related claims (damaged, misprinted, defective, lost): Ideally within 7 days of delivery for faster resolution

Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Customers pay for return shipping (no FTC service)

Non-Returnable Items:

• Tights, underwear, pajamas, swimsuits, socks, masks (hygiene reasons)

• Items deemed unwanted (but accurately produced per customer specs)

Refund Processing:

• Issued to original payment method in original currency

• Processing times vary by payment provider

• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
