All prices displayed on the TOR website are shown in British Pounds

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before you complete your purchase.

We take reasonable care to ensure that prices displayed on the website are correct.

If we discover a genuine pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before processing the order.

You will then have the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order and receive a full refund.

5. PLACING AN ORDER

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation by email.

Your order will normally be accepted when we send confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including circumstances where:

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

TOR does not normally store complete payment card details.

7. DELIVERY

We currently deliver to the UK.

Available delivery options and costs will be displayed during checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided on the website and at checkout where applicable.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless we have specifically agreed otherwise.

If an order is delayed, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us.

8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

TOR cannot guarantee that customers will not be charged additional import or customs fees.

9. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your TOR purchase.

If you purchase a product online, you generally have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason.

Returned products should be in a condition that allows us to assess them in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Return postage

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless the item is faulty, incorrect or not as described.

If a product is faulty, incorrect or not as described, different statutory rights may apply.

10. REFUNDS

Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel an online purchase, we will process your refund in accordance with applicable law.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or product, please return your original order in accordance with our returns policy and place a new order.

• Artwork

• Product designs

• Photography

• Written content

is owned by or licensed to TOR unless otherwise stated.
